Wadi Rum Regana Dunes and The City of Petra

Day 1: Arrival to Aqaba

• Pick up and assistance at the Airport.

Day 2: Aqaba – Wadi Rum

• After breakfast the driver will transfer you to Wadi Rum where we start the trekking. You will discover this sublime desert and enter to the World of Lawrence of Arabia.
• Walking time: 4 hours.
• Spend the night the in a Bedouin Camp.

Day 3: Wadi Rum – Petra

• Morning walk in Wadi Rum.
• Our driver will take you to Petra, where you will explore to ``The Red-Rose City´´ Petra. The strategic Nabateans hid the Capital city of their kingdom for many centuries away from all lust and desire. The location of the city in the middle of the Caravan Routes between the different regions Arabian Peninsula, Red Sea and the Mediterranean Sea allowed the city to become one of the most important trade centers.
• Walking time: 3 hours.
• Spend the night in a hotel.

Day 4: Petra – Wadi Sabra

• This day is dedicated to the Nabatean city. ``The Rose City´´ was an important place to trade myrrh, frankincense, cinnamon, precious stones, the finest fabrics and now houses over more than 700 monuments, carved into the rocks.
• After exploring this World wonder, we leave to Wadi Sabra.
• Walking time: 7 hours
• Spend the night in a camp.

Day 5: Wadi Sabra – Wadi Al Saif

• We take our daily walk in the direction of Wadi Al Saif via Wadi Araba.
• We will enter the canyon of Wadi Sabra with its red and ocher walls in order to continue to Wadi Al Saif where we install our camp in the middle of acacias.
• Walking time: 7 hours (18km).
• Spend the night in a camp.

Day 6: Wadi Al Saif – Gharandal – Gsaib sources

• We continue our trekking to Gsaib via Wadi Gharandal.
• Here you will see the geology is shaped in a very special and colorful way; we will walk on the ancient caravan routes.
• Walking time: 6 hours (17km)
• Spend the night in a camp.

Day 7: Gsaib sourses – Wadi Mlauan – Regana Dunes

• Today we are walking in the direction of the Regana dunes via the valley of 1001 colors, Wadi Mlauan. Wadi Mlauan is a world apart with a single geology where the colors change in many ways depending on the nature of the terrain.
• Walking time: 6,5 hours (17km)
• Spend the night in a camp.

Day 8: Dunes de Regana - Aqaba

• We continue our walking in the Regana dunes. The Regana desert is modest in size but grand in its colors and its unspoiled dunes.
• After a bus will take you to Aqaba, where you can enjoy your free time.
• Walking time: 3,5 hours
• Spend the night in a hotel.

Day 9: Aqaba - Aqaba airport

• Departure from Aqaba.
