City break in Karak and Wadi Rum

Day 1 (Amman - Kerak - Shobak- Wadi Rum)

Around 8h, we will depart Amman towards Karak.
The city of Kerak itself is built on a triangular plateau which houses the castle on the southern tip.The imposing fortress is 220 meters long, up to 125 meters wide, and made of. thick walls. Visiting Kerak is like stepping into a time machine to immerse yourself in the history of the Crusades.

Then, we will visit Shobak Castle, an impressive fortified building measuring 175 by 90 meters perched on a hill in a dominant position. Considered one of the most interesting places in Jordan from the historical point of view, the Castle was occupied continuously from the 12th to 20th century.

Afterwards, you will visit Umm Wisam's camp to drink tea and try the typical dishes of Jordanian gastronomy. In the afternoon, transfer to Wadi Rum. There, you will discover its magnificent landscapes ... from all sides rise the towers of red and ocher sandstone. The cliffs are dressed in their best colors at sunrise and sunset.

Depending on the arrival time, we can have the jeep tour late afternoon, to enjoy the sunset in the desert.

Dinner and overnight in a 3-star Bedouin camp

Day 2 (Wadi Rum - Amman)

In the morning, you will have free time to enjoy the desert until midday. If the group did not join the jeep tour on the previous day, the tour can take place in the morning.

Around 12h: transfer to Amman

This program includes transportation from Amman, and between Karak, Shobak and Wadi Rum; traditional lunch in Shobak, traditional bedouin dinner in Wadi Rum, plus breakfast; 3-star accommodation.

A minimum of 8 people is necessary for a guaranteed departure of this tour.
